Common to All My Virtual Veterinary Marketing Management Plans

  • Before getting started on a paid plan, I recommend my free, no-obligation Marketing Vital Signs Check to allow us to get acquainted and confirm I can be of help.
  • Once you commit to the appropriate plan for your practice and make your initial monthly payment, we proceed with a 30-day trial period during which either of us can cancel the plan and you can receive a full refund if we find we’re not a good fit.
  • After the first 30 days, unless you decide to pause or cancel your plan, we continue working together by the month until the first iterations of plan projects are complete.
  • From day one, I’m there when you need me. All plans include unlimited direct access to me via email, telephone and video conferencing. I normally respond to messages within one business day.
  • Work proceeds in priority order at a pace and scope to match the monthly budget.
  • I use online questionnaires, email and scheduled phone and video calls to gather the information I need from you to work on your projects. The more promptly and completely you, your associates and your team are able to respond to my messages, complete surveys, participate in interviews and online meetings and review and approve drafts, the more quickly and efficiently I can finish your work.
  • If, after the 30-day trial period, you and/or your team become unwilling or unable to collaborate with me in a timely way, we will pause your plan and discuss how to proceed successfully or conclude our relationship.
  • The number of months needed to finish projects varies from plan to plan and from practice to practice, depending on factors both within and beyond my control. That’s why I offer only estimates for completion dates.
  • After the initial iterations of plan projects are done, you may elect to discontinue services, authorize additional projects, step up to a higher monthly service level or lower the service level to a maintenance plan tailored for your practice.
  • Once initial set-up is complete, some marketing activities—like client education, reviews management and website hosting and preventive care—are meant to be ongoing. If you choose to discontinue services after the plan projects are complete, I will provide basic training to help you and your team continue responding to reviews and keep your website safe and up-to-date after our work together concludes.

For more details of how we’ll work together, see my Service Agreement.

Expedited Service

Virtual Veterinary Marketing Management Plan projects normally proceed at a pace roughly matching the monthly payment amounts. If you’d like your projects completed sooner, we can arrange a higher monthly rate with an expedited production schedule.

Putting it All Together

Here’s How My Full Line of Virtual Veterinary Marketing Management Services—Combined With Your Top-Down Support and Team Collaboration—Will Work Over Time To Transform Your Veterinary Practice Marketing

  • We start with diagnostics, triage and a treatment plan to guide our improvements to your practice marketing—especially your online presence—most efficiently.
  • Better technical search engine optimization, on-page and local SEO typically, over time, cause your website to rise in the rankings on Google search engine results pages and in local listings on Google Maps.Higher visibility and rankings make your website more likely to be found whenever pet owners shopping for a clinic search for commonly-used keywords—like “veterinarian,” “vet,” “animal hospital,” “pet clinic” or any of the multiple variants used to describe a veterinary practice, followed by the name of your town, a local ZIP code or the words “near me.”
  • When clients and prospective clients search for your practice by name, your validated, optimized Google My Business listing, featuring attractive photographs, complete information, favorable ratings and properly-managed client reviews, delivers an attractive first impression, answers basic questions and makes it easy to locate or contact your practice.
  • Should a disgruntled client leave a low rating and a negative review, I work with you to determine how best to respond. After hearing the clinic’s side of the story and receiving your approval of my draft, I promptly post an appropriate response on your behalf and, if a phone call or face-to-face meeting is called for, supply you with a list of talking points to help you attempt to salvage the relationship or refer the client to a competing practice—whichever you decide is best.
  • The more strategic your use of social media and email marketing, the more traffic these supporting channels drive additional visitors to your website.
  • Your new, improved website, with its more attractive branding and design, more compelling text—particularly on your Home, About and veterinarians’ biography pages—and its clear calls to action—resonate with more site visitors, inspiring more calls and email messages to your clinic.
  • To serve your growing clientele, if you opted for the Full-Service Plan, we develop authoritative, practice-branded resources to help you educate your clients. Alongside traditional handouts and website pages, you now rely on blog posts, an emailed newsletter and subscription-based automatic email sequences to teach complex topics you and your team can’t possibly cover in the time allocated to appointments.
  • With all systems up and running, your front-desk staff continues to book more and more frequent appointments with better-educated clients who are more open to providing better care for their pets.
  • Over time, your clients become better informed, more trusting and loyal and more open to following your best advice.
  • Knowing your marketing program is fully operational and being professionally managed on your behalf, you are better able to focus on other aspects of management and clinical practice as well as your personal life.
  • Your own and your team’s effectiveness and morale steadily improve, along with client service and patient care.
  • Revenues and profits increase as your practice thrives.
  • Your practice marketing is truly transformed.
